Cancellation & Refund Policy
What you need to know about cancellations and returns.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- No refunds will be processed once an order has been delivered.
- Refunds for cancelled (pre-dispatch) prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
- Please retain the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
